All of us\u00a0were just elected to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www-03.ibm.com\/ibm\/academy\/members\/mem_new.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IBM Academy of Technology<\/a>\u00a0(AoT).\u00a0 Being\u00a0part of this worldwide group of around nine hundred technical IBMers is a real privilege.<\/p>\n<p>It is also a fantastic opportunity to find out what amazing things we are doing in IBM.\u00a0One colleague is making sure shipping containers arrive safely at their destination across the world, another uses sensors and analytics\u00a0to help the elderly. One builds robots, another gigantic lakes full of data.<\/p>\n<p>Regardless of our background or age, we share a curiosity, an eagerness to explore and learn. The openness and collaborative spirit works energising.
